2User Registration
To use BiziChats, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.
3WhatsApp Integration & Messaging
BiziChats acts as a management layer for your WhatsApp Business interactions. You are solely responsible for complying with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Business Policy. We are not responsible for any account bans, messaging restrictions, or data loss resulting from your use of WhatsApp through our platform.
4Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities, spamming, or violating the privacy of others. Any misuse of our API or platform resources may result in immediate account termination without refund.
5Intellectual Property
The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BiziChats. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
6Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
